2007-2008 Pop Warner All-American announcement

In early April, Pop Warner announced their All-American scholastic teams for 2007-2008. Selected from the top 1% of over 400,000 participants nationwide, they will be honored at the 48th Annual Pop Warner Scholastic Banquet, May 23rd and 24th, at the Coronado Springs Resort at Disney World.

The Generals wish to congratulate the following Generals being selected to the 2007-2008 All-American Team:

5th Grade - Football All-American Scholars: Alec Dirks, Andrew Hungerbuhler, Jack Kesti, James Vandeventer

5th Grade - All-American Honorable Mention Scholar: Sam Martino

6th Grade - Football All-American Scholars: Franco DelSignore, Hunter Eaton, Gator Grim.

The Generals are proud to announce winners of 2007/2008 Bux-Mont 1st Team Scholar Awards Honors: Michael Cenci, Gator Grim and Ethan Xu.  Congratulations to our players and their families on their significant accomplishments in the classroom as well as on the field!

2006-2007 Conestoga General Scholastic News

The following individuals were selected out of 400,000 players and cheerleaders to achieve these fine scholastic awards and were also recognized at the All American Little Scholars banquet in Anaheim, California in May 2007.    Award Winners and Guest Speakers were Larry Johnson (KC Running Back), Natalie Coughlin (Medalist Olympic Swimmer) and many more.  Congratulations to these fine young men and women who were able to compete and successfully academically achieve with some of the finest young PopWarner athletes in the country.
